Terence heads KMA's Litigation and taxation practice and also specializes in banking & finance, corporate & commercial law, among other areas. He also, advises a number of the country's leading financial institutions in the preparation, registration and perfection of finance documents that include loan agreements, mortgages, debentures, guarantees and charges. He represents numerous international entities, including foreign and development financing institutions in their local lending transactions. He is a senior advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts subordinate thereto.
