Brian leads KMA’s Corporate and Transactional department. He has extensive experience in contract preparation and negotiations and has advised on these matters with several organizations including negotiation and preparation of multi-million-dollar contracts for the Electoral Commission in Uganda. He also, has wide experience in international trade law, risk management and dispute resolution. He has been retained on several consultancies on tax matters in Uganda and Rwanda, trade facilitation and negotiations at the WTO, regional economic integration, trade & investments. He has also handled high value arbitration matters in Uganda as well as under the International Court of Arbitration. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts subordinate thereto.
