Siraj heads the Regulatory and Government advisory team of KMA and was recently appointed as a member of the Tax Appeals Tribunal. He also advises private equity funds, banks, development financing institutions, and regional and international companies on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters including M&A, acquisition financing and Intellectual Property law. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts subordinate thereto.
